General
The dates and times of this agreement are not transferable to another date.
Dam Fine Music will only accept instructions from the Organiser or the Organiser’s nominated representative, who should remain at the venue throughout the performance.
We will not set up its equipment in a room occupied by the Organiser’s guests until they have vacated the room or until it is specifically invited by the Organiser to set up. No matter how late the performance start time is delayed by
The Organiser will allow Dam Fine Music to take photographic, video and or sound recordings of the function. We will not use any such recordings for any commercial or public purpose without obtaining written permission from the Organiser.
The Responsibility Bit
he Organiser shall be responsible for any loss of or damage caused to Dam Fine Music’s equipment by anyone (excepting employees or helpers of Dam Fine Music, during the period from when we arrive to set up our equipment until we finally departs from the venue after conclusion of the performance.
If the Organiser requires that we leave our equipment unattended (e.g. afternoon or morning set-up for an evening function) at the venue then the Organiser will be liable for any losses or damage to the equipment whilst it is unattended.
It shall be the responsibility of the Organiser to obtain or to ensure that all copyright licenses or permission necessary have been obtained or are held by the venue.
The Organiser shall ensure the he or she is entitled to use the venue for the function and is at least 21 years of age.
The Party Venue
The Organiser shall provide our vehicle with access to an area from which its equipment is to be unloaded.
The Organiser shall pay for any car parking fees incurred by our vehicles whilst attending the function.
Dam Fine Music reserves the right not to commence or to suspend any performance if the venue or its electricity supply poses a danger anyone, or if any safety regulation is not being adhered to. The performance will not recommence until the fault, cause of danger, or breach of regulation has been rectified.
We can provide a smoke machine free of charge, but you must request it. You as the Organiser must also check with the venue that it will not effect the smoke dectors or any fire detection system. Any charge Damfinemusic receives, you will have to pay on the night, before the performance will recommence.
We can also provide party cannons for a small fee. Please ask for prices.
You must also inform us the height of the room ( for the lighting rig) and if there are steps to the venue(it means we need a little longer to setup.)
Other Stuff
If at any time before or during the function we deem our persons or property to be under threat, verbally or physically, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate the disco without further notice. In the event of this happening refunds are not applicable
Don’t forget the DJ and any assistants can work very long hours. Please bear them in mind with regard to the provision of adequate food and soft drinks.
